We accept all Card Payments via CARDSAVE/WORLDPAY security enabled systems. We DONOT accept American Express "AMEX" but all major credit card are wellcome.
As a private sales contract, we use FuturepayDirect for installment payments.
You can either order online, or over the phone using your credit card.
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The buyer shall be liable to pay such value added and other tax as is applicable to the goods supplied and as dictated by legislation relating to the UK, European Union or foreign trade.
UK buyers as well as overseas buyers from within the European Union are required to pay VAT at the standard UK rate.
The price of the goods shall be the price quoted on the seller’s published website current at the date of acceptance of the order unless otherwise agreed verbally in writing between the buyer and the seller.
If payment is made by cheque or bank transfer, goods will not be dispatched until the required funds are fully cleared.
The processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. The Seller retains the right to cancel any order until the point of delivery.
FUTUREPAYDIRECT is a private credit plan offered to Crescentquail customer/purchasers it offers affordable, convenient payment options that lets you pay for your purchases in flexible monthly instalements where you buy now, pay later.
11.1 FuturepayDirect Sales Contract ; The sales contract is prepared by Crescentquail in accordance with the customer/purchasers request once the contract it is deemend accepted.
11.2 FuturepayDirect Payment Plan & Cancellations ; The customer/purchaser contract may be cancelled, Please Call Crescentquail on 0747 755 0 230 or email email@example.com
However the customer/purchaser has to pay the full amount of debits specified in the customer sales plan, any futurepay finance charges incurred or paid will not be refunded or forgiven by Crescentquail if outstanding charges exist, then you the customer/purchaser is responsible to pay those charges to futurepay.
11.3 FuturepayDirect Frequency of Payments ; The monthly lengh of the payment plan is determined by the total price and the products purchased buy the customer/purchaser this length of the payment plan cannot be less than 2 months or more than 8 months.
11.4 FuturepayDirect Length of Payment Terms ; Detail of the payment terms are specified in the customer /purchaser sales contract .
With all sales an advance payment is necessary, once advance payment is recieved the product/products will be sent to the customer/purchaser.
Instaliment payments are made between 1-5 of each month, any late payments will incure a 2% penalty charge.
The seller reserves the right to use whichever courier is deemed the most appropriate to each individual contract.
The delivery times stated on the seller’s website should be treated as estimates and are not guaranteed. The seller is not liable for any delays caused by couriers or other third parties.
The seller has a legal duty to complete the contract within 30 days beginning from the day after the date of order. If the contract exceeds 30 days, without prior consent from the buyer, the contract must be treated as though it had never been made.
If, upon placing the order, the required delivery location is not available, the buyer should contact the seller immediately to organise an alternate delivery method.
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.
Crescentquail makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.
Products sold on crescentquail.co.uk are for use in a domestic setting. If you wish to purchase items for commercial use please contact Crescentquail Customer Services on 07477 550230 to discuss your product needs. Products for use in commercial settings get more wear and tear than in a domestic setting and are necessarily more robust. For this reason we request that you contact us to discuss your requirements.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you can return by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Any return that does not meet the above conditions may not be refunded or replaced.
The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of your notification to us in its original packaging, unopened and in condition for resale. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If we have agreed to collect the products from you, we will charge you the cost to us of collection.
In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. All electrical products listed on the seller’s website are subject to a minimum 12 month warranty.
On all incubators we offer a special 3 year guarantee to use this 3 year guarantee, Please contact customer services on 0747 755 0 230 or register online within 30 days of purchase.
This extended guarentee is for incubator machines and is only valid for the working parts in morder to ensure that the guarantee is valid it is necessary to use the incubator for it’s purpose and must be kept clean & dry at all times.
The warranty covers all product faults with the exception of those attributed to intentional or accidental damage and/or reasonable wear and tear.
If a fault should develop within the given warranty period, the buyer should inform the seller immediately.
Crescentquail reserves the right ot remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Crescentquail may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Crescentquail has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.
E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
