Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Crescent Gamebird & Poultry Products Suppliers Limited ("Crescent Gamebird", "Crescentquail", "Our", "We" or "Us")

All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to Gift Card (also referred to as Gift Vouchers).
These terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Cards available at www.crescentquail.co.uk ("Website")

Rules

The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions:

1. The Crescentquail gift card can only be purchased via our website.

2. Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift card include unique numbers and configurable patterns.

3. Our Gift Card must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website.

4. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card.

5. When ordering a Gift Card, you should ensure to enter the recipient's email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card.

6. All Gift Cards are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Where Products purchased online with a Gift Cards are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Card.

9. We are not responsible if a Gift Cards is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

10. Crescentquail reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
